A restorative experience exploring nature and art. This project highlights art’s therapeutic power, promoting mindfulness through hands-on techniques such as wrapping, binding, and knotting. Participants can use the provided materials to create their own Hiromi Tango inspired seedlings known as Art Gardening. Workshop facilitators will be available to guide participants.
